Egyptian Goddesses Operetta

Overview

 

Egyptian Goddesses Operetta is a mesmerizing  performance of a wordless musical operetta to cross all boundaries in the world. The Operetta consists of 12 Acts to cover eight major female deities in their various roles as well as some significant interactions between them and other male deities.

The performance will unfold through music, acting, interpretive dancing , lyrical dancing , projection and special light effects, all portrayed in an Ancient Egyptian setting. A beautiful parade of music, color and entertainment that will fill the hearts and minds of all peoples and ages with absolute joy and love..

This Operetta will cover eight Ancient Egyptian female deities individually. Some of these goddesses have multiple aspects/roles, which will also be portrayed. In addition, the Operetta will cover three dualities which are associated with these eight female deities. The Eight Goddesses are:

 

1- Isis

2- Nebt-het [Nephthys] – In two of her aspects

3- Bast/Bastet – In nine of her aspects

4- Het-hor [Hathor] – In three of her roles as the metaphysical matrix::

1- Lady Love

2- The Cosmic Nourisher

3- the Seven Heavenly Muses

5- Sekhmut (Sekhmet) – In three of her aspects

6- Maat – In three of her aspects

7- Serket (Selkis, Serket,Selkit,Serqet)

8- Seshat (Safkhet, Sesat, Seshet, Sesheta)- In two of her aspects
