I am the heir of endless time<\/strong>\u201d; \u201c<strong>I am he that knoweth the paths of heaven<\/strong>.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The above Ancient Egyptian verses were echoed later in Jesus\u2019 words \u201c<strong><em><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">I am the light of<\/span> the world<\/em><\/strong>\u201d and again, \u201c<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong><em>I am the way, the truth and the life<\/em><\/strong>.<\/span>\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Horus, in the Ancient Egyptian language, means <em>He who is above<\/em>. As such, Horus represents the realized divine principle. Horus is the personification of the goal of all initiated teachings, and is always depicted as accompanying the realized soul to the Source.<\/p>\n<p>In the Ancient Egyptian allegory, Horus brought Osiris\u00a0to life. On Judgment Day, Horus\u00a0shows the Way to Osiris. He acts as a mediator between the deceased and Osiris, The Father.
